Laser Care extends repair coverage and technical support to three years from the original purchase date of your product.

With Laser Care, Wickedlasers experts can help troubleshoot issues over the phone or by email contact our support team. They will answer your questions and help you solve issues like battery replacement or Smartswitch usage. And if your product needs service under the plan, Wickedlasers support representatives can even set up a repair during the same call.

Damage resulting from accident, disassembly or unauthorized modification are excluded from warranty coverage.

Laser Care must be purchased together with new covered equipment.

Out-of-Warranty Service

If your Wicked Lasers portable laser or flashlight is in need of servicing for any hardware failure that is determined by Wicked Lasers to be repairable, we will service your portable laser or flashlight and you will be charged with an Out-of-Warranty Repair Service fee for parts and labor.
